These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Green Graphic Advertisement LLC. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & Pricing
All prices shown on this website are indicative estimates only. Final pricing depends on size, material, quantity, design complexity, finishing, approvals and installation scope, and is confirmed in a written quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated on them.
Artwork Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any logos, images or content you supply. Please check all proofs carefully, once you approve artwork for production, you accept responsibility for its content, spelling and layout. We are not liable for errors in approved files.
Government Approvals
Where you engage us for vehicle-branding approval support, we assist with documentation and submission where applicable. Final approval is subject to the relevant government authority, and authority fees are separate from our service fee and payable to that authority. Approval timelines and outcomes are determined by the authority, not by Green Graphic.
Production & Delivery
Production begins after artwork approval and (where applicable) receipt of any required deposit. We make every effort to meet agreed timelines, but delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by approvals, materials or factors beyond our control.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. A deposit may be required before production. Full payment may be required before delivery, installation or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear. Report any defects promptly so we can inspect and address them.
Cancellations & Changes
Changes requested after approval may incur additional cost and time. Cancellations after production has started may be charged for work completed and materials used.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
